New Accessories FAQs
How do I choose the right size belt from the new accessories?
Our belts come in standard sizing, typically measured in inches or as S/M/L. Check the product page for specific measurements including length and width. If you're between sizes, consider how you want to wear it, either at the waist or hips, as this affects fit.
Can I return accessories if they don't suit me?
Yes, accessories can be returned as long as they're unworn, in original condition with tags attached. You can find full details including timeframes on our returns and exchanges page.
How should I care for metal jewellery and chain belts?
Keep metal accessories away from water, perfume and lotions to prevent tarnishing. Store them separately in a dry place. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils and keep them looking their best.
What occasions are these new accessories suitable for?
The collection includes pieces for various occasions. Statement belts and embellished hair clips work well for nights out or events, while chain jewellery and crossbody bags are versatile enough for everyday wear or dressed-up looks.
