Special Delivery Offers

Our delivery service usually offers text notifications, a one-hour delivery window, and the option to change the delivery day. Please note that we are unable to ship orders on bank holidays or weekends. All orders placed after Friday 3pm will be despatched on the following Monday.

Bank Holidays

Deliveries cannot be made on Bank Holidays so any orders due to arrive on these days will be delivered the following working day. UK Standard and Next Day Delivery is not possible on Bank Holidays.

Please note: Customers are liable for any international customs charges which may be applicable to your order. You may be asked for additional postage cost dependent on the size and weight of your order.

UK Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day the order was placed, when ordered no later than 3pm. As we rely on external delivery companies, we can only indicate estimated delivery times as a guideline. We cannot guarantee delivery within such estimated times.

UK Express Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) from the day the order was placed, when ordered no later than 3pm.

UK Next Day Delivery

To receive your order the next day, select UK Next Day Delivery. Orders must be placed before 3pm. This service is available Monday to Saturday. Next Day delivery does not include delivery on a Sunday or bank holidays. Postcode restrictions apply.

International Delivery

Republic of Ireland and the EU: no extra fees on delivery. VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is no import VAT or handling charge to pay when your order arrives (orders up to €150).

Orders over €150, and orders to countries outside the EU, may be subject to local import taxes and charges, payable by the customer.

Republic of Ireland

We offer a 3-5 working day delivery service to all ROI customers. Next working day delivery is also available for orders placed before 12pm.

Europe

We offer a 2-7 working day delivery service to European customers, depending on the destination country. We provide a fully tracked service.

USA & Canada

Standard delivery takes 5-10 working days. We also offer a 2 working day express service via FedEx, fully tracked with delivery timescales provided.

Australia

We offer a 5-7 working day delivery service. Express delivery via FedEx takes 2 working days, fully tracked.

Rest of the World

We offer a 5-12 working day service to customers outside Europe and USA/Canada. Timescales may vary depending on the destination country.

Where Do We Deliver?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Wales, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. For Next Day Delivery, the following areas may take 2 working days: Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands, Northern Ireland.

We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland and internationally to nearly every corner of the world.

Delivery Carriers

We use either Royal Mail or one of our delivery courier partners.

What If No One Is In?

A signature may not always be required. If no one is available, our courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left advising you, or confirming the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or schedule a new delivery date.

Our couriers can deliver anytime between 9am and 6pm. If you need to change your delivery day, please contact the courier directly. If our couriers cannot deliver to your address, they will attempt delivery twice more before the order is returned to us. If your order is returned, we will deduct the cost of delivery back to us from your refund.

Please note: If your item is requested to be left in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
