It's time to finalise your Halloween costume
When the time comes around it's usually one weekend of mad-dash wig wearing, face-painting, sewing and walking in platforms. This year however, Halloween falls in the middle of the week, so if you feel up to it, you can dress up twice and party both weekends. And who dresses and parties better than these fine young ladies of Hollywood? If you're anything like us IKRUSH gals, Halloween is one of the most fun nights on your social calendar. It offers the perfect excuse to wear big eyelashes, spray paint hair, and dazzle in glitter (and who doesn't love to do that). Are you still in need of some inspiration of what to go as? This look is pretty impressive, so if she made it herself she deserves a good high-five! Her hair is so shiny and long - I bet she loved wearing that wig!
You know at Halloween you always see one person who is wearing a lot of dress up 'stuff' but you can't quite work out what they actually are? Gossip Girl's Michelle Tratchenburg looked cute and 'very Halloween' as she arrived at a party, but we're not quite sure what she was. Some sort of 'spider-web-scary-lady' maybe?
This was a popular one in celeb land this year. Fellow wild child, Paris Hilton plays the mad 'Miley Cyrus goes crazy' character perfectly and pulls off the challenging hair style well. Her shimmer tights add an ounce of credibility to the outfit - as does switching the foam finger for a silver quilted handbag. Well done Paris.
We know that she usually looks a lot more fashionable/chic/sophisticated - but this may be one of our favourite Alexa Chung outfits. Any girl who can wear a burger, what looks like a striped onesie and random black hat, and still actually look cool, deserves some credit. Alexa gets our vote for the best Halloween costume! Glee's Jenna Ushkowitz looked subtly sexy wearing a homage to Top Gun. If appropriate to wear with your outfit, fish nets are a great choice. They are fun, sexy and can only really be worn when dressing up. They tend to look a bit tacky (and leave you feeling a bit cold) worn with normal outfits.

Take some Kardashian inspiration and go as Robin and Bat-girl like Kourtney and Scott, or Batman and Catwoman like Kim and Kanye. Kourtney and Scott win the couples comp for us (just because their outfits are a bit more tongue and cheek - like them), however Kim and Kanye can take the combined prize for 'who can wear the most leather'.
The Kardashians always put on a good show (literally) and we're confident this year, with the arrival of baby North, there will be some super cute family snaps taken. This vintage snap was tweeted by Kourtney earlier this month - clearly she was getting excited for 'dress up' season.
