The fashion gods may have now decreed that shorts can be worn at any time of the year (thanks to the winning combo of tights and shorts) but let’s face it, Summer is still THE best time to really celebrate the wonderful world of these little fashion marvels.  With the sun starting to make an appearance (finally!), it’s time to get those bare legs out in public.
